Best in the Southeast!! I was traveling back home to SC and my Check Engine Light Came on and my vehicle wouldn't start! Sam the Service Advisor was very compassionate and got me in before closing! She worked with Jeff to diagnose my concern and got me back on the road in no time. Steve was able to shuttle my family to the dealership while we waited and the whole dealership was so kind and professional. This dealership goes above and beyond and that is rare these days. I have never bought or leased a vehicle from them. The GMC dealership in Panama City (Bill Cramer GMC 👎👎👎) where I leased my Sierra, has screwed up so many times in the year I've owned the truck, I decided to look elsewhere. I went to Fort Walton Chevy and GMC dealerships and was treated quite rudely at both. Finally I decided to give Crestview a shot. From the moment they answered the phone, it was such a a great experience. Even though I wasn't a customer, they treated me like I was. They went so above and beyond for me for a service and to fix a couple other things. Their communication was amazing. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. In a world where customer service hardly exists, these folks are still very much customer - oriented which means everything to me. I'm a David Scott Lee customer for life!!
